Shipping Charges:
We provide FREE shipping to places all over India. In India, we serve to selected cities only, so kindly check if we deliver to your Pin code in the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. In the recent update from some of the state governments Entry Tax is applicable on Jewellery/Bars/Solitaire purchase which is to be paid by customer at the time of entry of the product into their state.

In the scenario where an Entry Fee/Tax is levied for entry into certain state as under the Government mandate, we shall, depending upon your State and Pin code calculate the percentage of tax and will include such a rate to the total amount at the final checkout page.

Track order:
All registered customers shall have the option of tracking their order by clicking on “Track Order” once the order has been shipped from the warehouse. Such a Track order link will be provided to the customers on their Email ID.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:
The product shall be delivered within 10 working days from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the event we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we give you the option to cancel the order and the refund of the entire amount shall be made directly to the account via same mode via which initial payment was made from your side. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:

PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to produce any of the following government issued photo identity proof for receiving the delivery:

  1. Pan Card
  2. Driving License
  3. Postal Identification Card (Aadhaar)
  4. Passport
  5. Voter Identification Card
  6. Ration Card

Customer have to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as is stated in their photo identification proof that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.

Delivery Location:
Orders shall be delivered only to Residential and Commercial Location. We shall not deliver the orders to any public places, including, but not limited to Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, somewhere on the road etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In the event that the customer is still unreachable/ unavailable, the product will be returned back to the our office from where the product has been dispatched (Mumbai).

Change in Shipping Address:
Customer can check the status & track their orders by log-in into their E-fan Account.

Change of Shipping details can also be done at customer’s end. Once the order is created, customer can change shipping address only till the order is actually shipped from our facility. If customer wants to change shipping address, they should log in into their respective account and click on "Change Shipping Address" button, which is next to shipping address and then change the address. Such icon will be active till order status is changed to “Shipped”. Once this is done, the link that states "Change Shipping Address" will get inactive.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of such product.
